Fun concept. Sushi moves around diners on conveyors belt. Plates are color-coded keys to what each sushi piece costs. Teriyaki and cooked-to-order dishes also available.

It opened in April `2009 and I am excited that it has been very busy.

At $1.50 to $4.50 per plate it is not over-priced.

I love that you can see all the items before you decide at this Houston kaiten sushi bar. Because sushi has so much variety it makes me much more likely to try new ones, because they look appealing to me -so I am willing to taste them. And so far they have all been delicious at this conveyor sushi bar! And they have ALOT of great variety here. I will be back to this Houston area sushi restaurant every chance I get and i will bring all of my friends and family too! You must try it, even if you don't like "raw fish" type sushi, you will find something you like here. They have vegan, fried shrimp, cooked crab meat (kani) and also baked fish sushi too.
